多年來，主在不同的場合對我說，這項事工是要以末世的預言的聲音興起聖徒。從那時起，我一直把所有時間都花在做一件事上，就是讓聖徒們注意聖靈要對教會說的話。

這個事工一直專注於教導和培養基督的身體，聆聽主微小的聲音。除了我自己的會議和培訓研討會，我也一直在協助其他神學院培訓和加快 神的脚步預言課程和培訓。

個人指導將是另一種興起被呼召從事先知事工的聖徒的方式。由於時間的緊迫性，這種指導只適用於那些被先知呼召擔任先知職份的人，或者任何主把負擔放在我心裡的人。

先知性的特會將把聖靈要對教會說的話的重點亮光帶入其中。 IGEM金鷹事工將在世界各地不同時間和不同地點舉行預言會議。這是向聖徒和地區釋放主的預言、醫治和拯救，為基督的身體帶來復興、鼓勵和安慰。

Throughout the years, the Lord had spoken to me at various occasions that this ministry is to rise up saints in the prophetic voice of the end time.  Since then I have been spending my entire time devoting one thing is bring the attention of the saints in the awareness of what the Holy Spirit has to say to the church.

This ministry has been focusing in teaching and cultivating the body of Christ in hearing the still small voice of the Lord.   In addition to my own conferences and training seminar, I have been assisting also other seminaries in training and facilitating prophetic lessons and training as well.

Personal mentoring will be another way of raising up saints who are called to walk in the prophetic ministry.   Due to the essence of time, this mentoring will only be available for those who are prophetically called into the office of prophet, or whoever the Lord have put the burden in my heart.

Prophetic conferences will bring the highlight of what the Holy Spirit has to say to the church.   That IGEM will hold prophetic conferences at various times and different sites throughout the world.  This is to release the Lord’s prophetic word, healings, and deliverance to the saints and region, in order to bring forth revival, encouragements and comforts to the body of Christ.
